Custom Design Work

When a local developer purchased an aging apartment building in a premium real estate corridor with the intention of building a luxury condominium, they asked Dyna Contracting to build the new custom contemporary, metal, brick and glass structure. Dyna Contracting constructed the three unique and luxurious high-end condominium units on time and under budget.

Taking full advantage of the light and views of Lake Washington and the maximal usability of the available space were the driving aspects of the design. Each of the three condominium units features sweeping views with large, light-filled open living and dining spaces adjacent to a custom gourmet kitchen, entertainment bar and breakfast nook.

In a collaborative design effort, Dyna worked with the developer on the design and installation of custom accents and amenities including the dramatic glass and steel staircases and bridges, the signature fountain and landscaping, the building envelope, and interior finishes such as stone slab bathtub platforms and shower curbs, custom stainless steel fabrications, and marble floors throughout.

Individual unit amenities include a lower level a mother-in-law suite with private patio, wine cellar, and art-niche light wells, and a landscaped private rooftop deck.

Dyna's attention to detail and on the spot design sensitivity helped contribute to the success of this premium real estate venture.
