This 1950s era home had small rooms, closet space was limited, and in general, the finishes were dated. The client wanted more living space, higher ceilings, and an updated look. Dyna made substantial structural changes, including jacking up the house to level it, pouring 40 percent of a new foundation, and putting 75 pin piles around it for support. A new garage was added with a second story that we integrated with the existing house to create the master bedroom. We also completely remodeled the remainder of the house and meticulously updated all finishes.
