Built in 1954, this rambler had been through two remodels already. The current owners were interested in larger rooms and more space, in particular space that took advantage of great views looking over the Ballard Locks, the Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains. Dyna built a second story with a master bedroom and bath, an additional bedroom and bath, as well as an office. The master bedroom capitalizes on the unique view and is accented by a slate fireplace. The master bath features limestone and slate and a large walk-in closet/dressing area. The second floor hallway has custom steel and wood handrails and overlooks the entryway and a beautiful glass chandelier.
